IL7816VE: 4-channel (2 each direction) Isolator w/3.3-5V DC-DC Convertor

The IL7816VE is a four-channel (two each direction) 110 Mbps isolator with an integrated 3.3V-to-5V isolated DC-DC boost convertor.

The DC-DC convertor can output up to 250 mW, is fully regulated, and has built-in EMI mitigation.

6 kVRMS isolation; 125 C; 16-pin wide-body SOIC package with True 8™ mm creepage.
