IL4685E: Isolated RS485 Transceiver w/DC-DC Convertor, 2.5 kV, Wide SOIC

The IL4685 is an isolated 40 Mbps 3.3-volt bus RS-485 transceiver with an integrated 3.3V-to-3.3V DC-DC convertor.

The transceiver runs up to 40 Mbps, has a 1/5 Unit Load.

The DC-DC convertor can output up to 80 mA and is fully regulated.

2500 VRMS isolation; 16.5 kV bus ESD protection; 16-pin wide-body SOIC package with True 8™ mm creepage.
