IL7614VE: 3-channel (both same direction) Isolator w/3.3-3.3V DC-DC Convertor

The IL7614VE is a three-channel (2 transmit, 1 receive) 110 Mbps isolator with an integrated 3.3V-to-3.3V isolated DC-DC convertor.

The DC-DC convertor can output up to 250 mW, is fully regulated, and has built-in EMI mitigation.

6 kVRMS isolation; 125 C; 16-pin wide-body SOIC package with True 8™ mm creepage.
